摘要目的：考察大学生拖延与完美主义的关系。方法：采取文献查阅、问卷调查法对徐州市295名大学生进行拖延问卷（API）和完美主义问卷的测量。结果：（1）从整体水平上来看，大学生普遍存在拖延行为，有92.8%的大学生存在不同程度的拖延行为；本研究中大学生具有较高的完美主义倾向。（2）在人口学方面，大学生拖延不存在显著的性别、年级、专业和生源地的差异。大学生完美主义存在显著的年级差异，大二学生的完美主义倾向最大。大学生完美主义不存在显著的性别、专业和生源地的差异。（3）大学生拖延和完美主义不存在显著的相关，但大学生拖延与完美主义的三个维度存在显著相关。大学生拖延与担心错误、行动的疑虑（消极完美主义）这两个维度存在显著正相关，与条理性该维度存在显著负相关。（4）大学生拖延与完美主义的回归方程为：拖延=62.973-1.077×条理性+0.839×行动的疑虑，所得的回归方程具有一定的预测效力,R方=0.331。51676

The relationship between procrastination and perfectionism of college students
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between procrastination and perfectionism.In this study, literature review and questionnaire survey were used to study the relationship between procrastination and perfectionism. This study selected 295 college students as valid subjects in Xuzhou,and used the revised Aitken procrastination Inventory (API) and the Chinese version of frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale for measuring tools.Finally come to the following conclusions:
(1) On the whole，college students generally have procrastination behavior, and 92.8% of the students in this study have different degrees of procrastination. In this study, college students have a high tendency to perfectionism.
(2)In terms of demographic variables , college students procrastination have no significant differences in gender, grade, professional and students of the local area . There was a significant difference in the grade of perfectionism among college students.And there was no significant difference in the gender, professional and local area of perfectionism.
(3)Procrastination and perfectionism does not have significant correlation, but college students procrastination and perfectionism’s worry wrong action, and doubt of action (negative perfectionism) two dimensions have significant positive correlation. College students procrastination and organized the dimensions have significant negative correlation.
(4)The regression equation between procrastination and perfectionism of college students is: Procrastination=62.973-1.077 * organization+0.839 * action of doubt. This resulting regression equation has a certain predictive effect.
