摘 要:课堂教学公平是教育公平最基本的体现,是教育公平在微观领域的直接反映。课堂教学公平具有社会性,但它自身的隐蔽性导致它不易被察觉,教师在课堂教学过程中会一定程度上忽视教学公平。由于教师儿童观的偏失、小学生的个性发展存在差异、班级规模过大等原因,小学课堂教学中存在不同性别差异对待、座次编排“优先定位”、师生互动机会分配不平衡及教师评价标准单一等不公平现象。因此,从推行小班化管理、教师树立正确的评价观、全面提高教师的个人素质、建立民主平等的师生关系和大力推行素质教育这几个策略能有效地促进课堂教学公平。75677
