摘要:告状行为是幼儿主动向老师发起的一种互动行为,是在其社会化发展中的一种正常现象。教师因为工作繁杂,在没察觉到的情况下可能会忽视幼儿的告状。幼儿教师只有从幼儿告状这类小事中关注幼儿的心理发展需求,才能建立起良好的师幼关系、幼幼关系,使幼儿在平等、团结、友爱的环境下快乐成长。

研究选取了三所幼儿园四位大班幼儿教师及该班幼儿作为观察对象,对他们生活中所出现的告状行为事件做出了进一步观察。主要采取了事件取样观察法、访谈法,结合文献研究法,发现幼儿告状行为频发,且有时会得不到合理的解决等一系列问题。所以,笔者从园所条件方面、教师方面、家庭方面以及社会方面来综合探究教师回应幼儿告状行为的策略,希望对培养幼儿良好行为和身心的全面发展均会有积极的作用。79298

Rural Children Complain of Response Behavior of Teachers——A case study of L Township kindergarten in Huaiyang county

Abstract: Complain behavior is a kind of interactive behavior of preschool children to teacher initiated, it is a normal phenomenon in the development of the society。 The teacher because of complicated work, complain in unaware of the case may be neglected children。 Preschool teachers only from children complain that pays close attention to the needs of kid's psychological development in this kind of minor matter, in order to establish a good relationship between teachers and children,our relationship, so that children in equality,  unity, love happy growth。

The study took three kindergartens CPC Preschool teachers and four children in the class as the observed object,and made a further observation on  complaint behavioral events in their lives that appear 。 The main event took sampling observation, interviews, literature study, finding that the behavior of children complaint  happened  frequently and sometimes not reasonably solved a series of problems。 Therefore, the author from the garden conditions, teachers respect, the family and society to explore a comprehensive response to child care teachers complaint behavioral strategy, we want to foster children good behavior and overall physical and mental development will have a positive effect。
