摘要：本文从老年心理学的研究方向、终身教育理论方向以及社会学习论方向综合说明老年人需要通过学习的方式提高自己的认知能力，而目前的老年大学是一个为老年人提供学习机会，提升老年人的生活质量和文化素质，使得老年人的晚年生活得以充实，为老年人提供实现自己社会价值的平台。对此理论，本人通过对老年大学的走访调查，得出结果并对结果进行分析显示，老年大学对上海老年人的教育可以有效改善老年人的身心健康，大大提高老年人的幸福指数。这样的老年大学，成为缓解人口老龄化给社会带来的压力的有效途径。针对目前老年大学的现状，本文列出了几点老年大学的改革方向，使老年大学逐渐趋于完善。82098

Study on the effect of old age university on improving the quality of life of the elderly

Abstract: This article from the psychology of aging research direction,lifelong education theory and social learning theory direction synthetically the elderly need to improve their cognitive abilities by way of learning,and now for elderly elderly university is a learning,improve the cultural quality and life quality of old people,enrich the old people in later life,realize their social value of the platform for old people。In this theory,himself through to the elderly in university visiting survey,the result and analyzes the results display:Older university for the old people’s physical and mental health education can effectively improve the elderly,greatly improve the well-being of the elderly。Such old university,become an effective way to ease the pressure of population aging。Base on the current situation of the college,this article lists the points about the direction of reform for the old university,make the perfect old university。
