摘要:随着“全面二孩”政策的开放,我国出生人口数量进一步增加,医护资源供需失衡问题更为凸显。本文主要运用描述性研究法和文献研究法,以我国一直存在,并将随“全面二孩”政策更为凸显的医护资源短缺问题为切入点,着重分析缺口产生的原因,讨论并提出可以弥补这一缺口的方法。研究发现,我国儿科医生人才供给不足,主要源于儿科专业取消,行业薪资过低,岗位吸引力弱;助产士短缺源于培养方式不完善,教育层次低,缺少独立的职称晋升系统;妇幼保健机构数量逐渐减少,基层机构设备、人员配置落后,资源闲置,大医院资源紧张。建议完善医护人员培养方式和助产士职称体系建设,提高医疗服务价格,加快法律体系建设,整合增强基层妇幼保健资源,推进分级诊疗尤其是转诊制度建设。88139
Abstract:With the universal two-child policy implementation,the birth rate increased,and the imbalance between supply and demand of health care resources is more prominent。 This paper mainly uses the descriptive research method and the literature research method, takes the cure and nurse resources shortage as the breakthrough point, emphatically analyzes the reason which the gap produces, discusses and proposes the suggestion which can make up the gap。 Found that the insufficient supply of pediatricians personnel mainly due to the cancellation of pediatric professional, low industry wages and weak attraction。 Midwives shortage is the result of the imperfect culture system, low education level and the lack of independent title promotion system; the number of maternal and child health care institutions is gradually reduced; the equipment configuration and staffing of grass-roots institutions is low, the resources are idle, and the resources of the large hospitals are strained。 Suggest perfecting medical personnel training modes and midwives title system construction, improve the medical service price, accelerate the construction of legal system, integrate strengthen grass-roots maternal and child health care resources, promote grading diagnosis especially referral system construction。源-于,优W尔Y论L文.网wwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
