摘要自动化生产是将人们的双手从繁重的劳动生活中解放出来的重要手段之一,同时,在这个劳动力越来越昂贵的今天,自动化生产可以有效的减少生产成本,目前自动化生产也是制造业发展的一个重要趋势。由于人工制刷过程繁琐、复杂,还会产生对人体有害的物质,并且难以满足标准化加工的要求,使油漆刷制刷自动化的要求变的迫在眉睫,本论文将制刷机中装柄机构的设计作为本论文的主要研究对象。73682

本文介绍了油漆刷制造行业的国内外现状,除了国内绝大多数手工制造之外,其中还包括国外各种已经成熟的功能齐全的全自动生产线的设计思路、组成原理及原理图的介绍,文中对每种生产线的优缺点进行了分析,以便于后面自己做设计的时候作为参考。通过对多条生产线装柄机构实现方式的研究对比,在他们的基础上对原方案中的机构设计进行优化设计,并且针对国内现阶段制刷行业油漆刷刷头不规则的特点加入了全新的结构,设计出了可以在一次推送过程中完成刷头扩张和刷柄推入的制刷机装柄机构。

本文设计所面对的是油漆刷市场各种尺寸的刷柄,为了方便各种尺寸的刷柄的更换,所以推柄装置尺寸设计较大,以便于后期刷柄尺寸改变的时候调整方便,只要加入合适大小的模套即可。本文直接利用液压缸往复推送作为设计机构的动力,本机构设计完整的组成环节包括以下几个部分:刷柄推入装置的设计、刷头固定方式的设计,刷头扩张方式的设计、以及扩充装置扩充完毕退出方式的设计。

根据制造自动化的要求,本文完成了机械结构方面的设计和相关零件的选择设计,对于各个配件的制造方式及配件之间的安装方式进行了介绍。本文设计的油漆刷装柄机可以实现在一个动力源的情况下,一次往复,完成多种运动的功能,设计中充分使用了不同机械结构以达到预期的目的。
