摘 要:本研究通过溶胶凝胶法制备BiFeO3光催化剂,模拟植物光合系统的BiFeO3/AgI/CNTs复合体来研究其对大肠杆菌的杀灭效应。通过XRD、SEM等检测手段了解BiFeO3I的物相结构、形貌特征。探索不同浓度梯度样品在可见光下杀灭大肠杆菌的效果,并将杀菌效果与光催化剂的理化特性相联系。结果表明:不同浓度梯度的光催化剂在不同条件下对大肠杆菌的杀灭效果也不一样, PH=3条件下,溶胶凝胶法制备的样品在可见光下照射2h后,对大肠杆菌的杀灭率可达到95.6﹪,显示了最高的活性。BiFeO3具有可见光催化活性对大肠杆菌具有良好的杀灭效应且具有铁磁性可以回收利用,是一类具有广泛应用前景的绿色无污染的高效可见光催化剂。关键词:溶胶凝胶法; BiFeO3; 光催化剂;大肠杆菌;抗菌性能7538
The killing effect of BiFeO3/AgI/CNTs complex simulation of plant photosynthetic system of pathogenic microorganism
Abstract: BiFeO3 photocatalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method and precipitation – deposition method. The as-prepared samples were characterized with the techniques of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM). To explore the effect of different concentration gradient of the samples under visible light in killing Escherichia coli, and the physicochemical properties and photocatalytic bactericidal effect associated with. The results show that: the killing effect of photocatalyst of different concentration gradient of E.coli in different conditions are not the same, Under the condition of PH=3, samples prepared by sol gel under visible light irradiation of 2h, the Escherichia coli rate can reach 95.6, show the highest activity. BiFeO3 with visible light photocatalytic activity has killing effect on pathogenic microorganism and has good magnetic and can be recycled, is the green pollution-free efficient visible light catalyst has extensive applied prospect.
