摘要:本实验用桦褐孔菌作为实验材料,从而获得伴生菌枝顶孢霉发酵液对桦褐孔菌发酵过程中产量、酸碱度、丙二醛含量以及多种酶的变化的研究。从桦褐孔菌发酵培养的第7d开始,每隔3d分别取样,测定菌重和pH值,再按要求在相应的波长下,测定酶液的吸光度,从而得出各个酶的活性。伴生菌发酵液可以促进桦褐孔菌生长,静止培养13d进入稳定,与对照生长趋势一致。19d时,实验组产量0。2993g高于对照组0。1692g。伴生菌发酵液对漆酶活性和酶液的酸碱度影响不大,第6d时,PH<7转为PH>7。TTC-脱氢酶活性随着时间延长而下降, 10d和13d时TTC-脱氢酶活低于对照组对前期相反,16d和19d时,两者基本相同。伴生菌发酵液在13d后对多酚氧化酶酶活有促进作用。伴生菌发酵液能短期内提高酸性磷酸酶活性而且还能提高淀粉酶的活性,且在19d时淀粉酶活最高为12。98U。伴生菌发酵液在培养前期和后期对丙二醛含量稍有抑制作用。细胞膜脂过氧化反应程度的降低也正是由于发酵过程中丙二醛的含量慢慢变少,这样可以延缓桦褐孔菌成熟和衰老。此研究为伴生菌的促生机制提供数据支持。 77640

An Companion Fungus’ Effects on Physiological and Biochemical Indexes for Inonotus obliquus in Static Culture

Abstract:Inonotus obliquus is the material in this experiment, with the participation of fermentation broth of a companion fungus Acremonium sp。,Inonotus obliquus’ changes in yield, pH, MDA, and a variety of enzymes to study in the fermentation process of 。From the beginning of the seventh day in the fermentation process of Inonotus obliquus, they were sampled every three days, determine the weight of bacteria and the PH。 In the corresponding wavelength,determining the absorption of enzyme preparation, so we can get the activity of various enzymes。The fermentation liquid of companion fungus can promote the growth of Inonotus obliquus。 From the 13th day, Inonotus obliquus is stabilized in static culture, the growth trend of the experimental group  is consistent with the control group。 On the 19th day, the production of experimental group was 0。2993g and the production of control group was 0。1692g。 The fermentation liquid of companion fungus has little effect on pH and the activity of  Laccase, on the 6th day, the pH change from less than 7 to greater than 7。 TTC- Dehydrogenase’ activities decrease with the increase of time, on the 10th day and the 13th day, the activity of TTC- Dehydrogenase is opposite with the early activity, on the 16th day and the 19th day,  the activity of TTC- Dehydrogenase is the same。 The fermentation liquid of companion fungus can promote the activity of polyphenol oxidase after the 13th day。 The fermentation liquid of companion fungus can promote the activity of acid phosphatase and amylase in the short time, and on the 19th day, the activity of amylase is the largest and it is 12。98U 。 The fermentation liquid of companion fungus has little Inhibitory effect on the content of malondialdehyde in early and late。 Decrease in the content of malondialdehyde can delay  the ripening and senescence of Inonotus obliquus 。 This study provides data support for the Mechanism to promote growth of companion fungus 。
