摘要:对桦褐孔菌菌核中分离的内生菌进行抗氧化、抗肿瘤和抑菌率的活性筛选。其中抑菌活性测定中采用了四种植物病原真菌:小麦赤霉病原菌(Gibberella zeae),苹果轮纹病原菌(Botryosphaeria berengriana),水稻纹枯病原菌(Thanatephorus cucumeris (Frank) Donk)和茄子黄萎病原菌(Verticillium dahliae)作为指示菌,采用两种肿瘤细胞株测定对肿瘤的抑制率,结果表明:9株微生物对于小麦赤霉菌和茄子黄萎病原菌都有不同程度的抑制作用,其中J对于四种植物病原菌都有明显的抑菌作用,抑制率分别为:28。57%,40。91%,35。71%和69。23%。M和Q对于苹果轮纹病原菌有抑制活性的作用。在抗氧化活性测定中,DPPH自由基清除率达到70%以上的菌株有4株;达到90%以上的有两株,分别是C和J,尤其是J的清除率达到了101。25%,超过了阳性对照(Vc),活性很好。在抗肿瘤的活性测定中菌株J的抑制率较高,且浓度越高,效果越好,在200 μg/ml的浓度下,对于MHCC-97H肝癌细胞株和HepG2肝癌细胞株的抑制率分别达到了98。78%和99。79%,具有较好的抑制肿瘤细胞的能力。77641

Study on Activities of Sclerotium Microbe of Inonotus obliquus

Abstract: We do the experiment to screen the activity of anti-oxidation, antitumor and antibacterial activity of endophytes separated from Inonotus obliquus sclerotia。 In the experiment, we assay the anti-oxidation activity data by using four species of plant pathogenic fungi: Gibberella zeae, Botryosphaeria berengriana, Thanatephorus cucumeris (Frank) Donk and Verticillium dahliae as indicator bacteria, and assay the inhibition rates of the tumor cells by using two kinds of tumor cell lines, the results show that: there are 9 strains of micro-organisms have a different degree of inhibition for Gibberella zeae and Verticillium dahliae, strain J has a significant inhibitory effect for four species of plant pathogenic fungi, the inhibition rates are as follows:28。57%,40。91%,35。71% and 69。23%。 Strain M and strain Q have the inhibitory effect for Botryosphaeria berengriana。 In the experiment of anti-oxidant activity, There are four strains have result of DPPH radical scavenging rates exceeded 70%; the radical scavenging rate reached more than 90% are strain C and J, especially strain J radical scavenging rate reached 101。25%, more than the positive control ( Vc )。 It shows the strain J has a good activity。 Through the result of Anti-tumor, strain J has a higher tumor inhibition rate; and the higher the concentration, the higher the rate of tumor suppressor。 In the concentration of 200 μg/mL, the tumor inhibition rates of MHCC97H hepatoma cell lines and HepG2 hepatoma cell lines are 98。78% and 99。79%。  This means the strain J has better ability to inhibit tumor cell。
