1. Introduction
Since new curriculum reform has been implied, a new teacher and student relationship is also established to realize the goal of training. Teacher-student relationship is the base and core of school relationship. The education quality and teaching connection of a school depend on teacher-student relationship to a certain extent., which decides the environment of class and their teaching strategies.
Therefore establishing and improving a new teacher-student relationship , in accordance with the requirement of the times, is the most essential and vital task of current educational field. There are four main teacher-student relationships in modern days. Those relationships are democratic and equal in which students and their teachers have dignity and character respectively.
Before the implement of New Curriculum Reform, traditional teacher-student relationship in elementary and secondary school was a kind of master and servant relationship. They were affected by traditional thoughts of benevolence and righteousness, obeying whatever requirements of teachers but ignoring the basic selfhood of student. The new teacher-student relationship, under the condition of new curriculum, is based on democracy and evenness, teachers in this relationship build correct world view, philosophy , sense of worth and correct concept of students .Teaching strategies in class teaching are normally pided to two types: direct and indirect teaching strategy. Both of them have their advantages. 源:自/优尔-·论,文'网·www.youerw.com/
