摘要本文系统阐述了一个生产实际问题——油喷嘴的自动化装配系统设计。这一系列过程包括生产线的机械设计,气动回路设计,自动化装配系统的PLC电控部分设计。主要是采取气缸和压盖机来实现油喷嘴的抓取和装配。83830
实现机器装置的自动化,已经成为抬高整个机械制造行业生产率,下降生产成本,巩固产品质量的关键所在,另外,还需要不断提高装配所需要的精度,使工人从沉重的手工劳动中解脱出来,以及避免装配环境的危险等方面考虑,都需要不断提高自动化的程度。
本课题中需要装配的实物为油喷嘴,它是由两部分零件外加一个橡胶垫圈组成,结构较为简单。需要完成的装配任务包括装罐单元和压盖单元。装罐单元中,油喷嘴的上料主要是通过旋转式工作台,由位置传感器来控制抓取的位置,再通过气动机械手完成油喷嘴的上料,从而实现装罐。压盖单元的上料主要是依靠振动盘上料,将盖子上到压盖机中,由压盖机完成压盖操作,当然其中会有一些列的位置控制和PLC程序控制,使精度达到标准要求。
气动装置和PLC控制是整个自动化过程的核心部分。在固定的抓取点位和放置点位安装位置传感器,检测到位后通过PLC控制程序完成一系列的运动。
