德阳员工培训中心建筑与结构设计 [摘要]本设计主要为德阳某公司设计员工培训中心，其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑底楼层高4.5m，标准层层高3.6m，共优尔层，建筑总面积5313.6m2 。建筑功能包括员工培训室、办公室、厕所、消防楼梯等。其建筑风格主要结合德阳地区的自然景观，以简洁大方，经济实用为设计理念，建造新一代员工培训中心。
结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，屋盖及楼盖采用现浇式结构。楼盖梁的布置形式采用井字梁楼盖。
