摘要工程项目的生命周期是指工程项目经历设想、策划研究、设计、建造、使用、直到报废的所有时间，包括项目的决策阶段、实施阶段、使用阶段。生命周期过程是指，在设计阶段就考虑到产品生命周期的所有环节，将所有生命周期相关因素在产品设计阶段就得到综合规划和优化的一种设计理论。生命周期设计意着，设计产品不仅是设计产品的功能和结构，而且要设计产品的策划、生产、经销、运行、应用、维修保养、直到回收再利用的生命周期过程。影响生命周期的因素有很多,一般包含物理、经济、技术、社会和法律等因素。本文通过对国内筛选出的部分工程建设项目,研究了工程建设项目中各阶段的控制特点、内容、方法、影响成本的因素及相关管理者采取的措施,并针对我国建设项目前期决策和设计阶段管理的现行制度中存在的不足和问题,提出了改进建议和具体措施。51594

ABSTRACT Construction project life cycle cost control research of engineering construction, operation, maintenance, demolition of the discount and so on can do achieve the lowest total cost to a great extent. We from all life cycle of the project planning, design, construction and management has been the project's demolition consumed the entire process to achieve the lowest total cost. Cost control should be paid attention to in this paper, the various cycle analysi and put forward the solution one by one. In this paper, from the investment strategy stage, design stage, tender and bid stage, construction stage and project completion stage and maintenance stage operation phase six expounds the construction project life cycle cost control and cost management, cost management of engineering projects is of constructive significance. Life cycle cost control of construction projects, and for enterprises and inpiduals, is advantageous to the realization of economic benefits and improve; Countries, it is not only the ways to improve the economic benefits, at the same time contribute to the growth and development of national economy, the country's economic. Life cycle cost management through theoretical summary, should pay attention to the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign research, research method and technical route, combines the actual conditions of China's construction project life cycle cost management and management organizational models of integrated study, face to the life cycle of construction patterns of change.
