摘  要：随着社会的发展，市场竞争的不断加剧，越来越多的商家为了分得市场的一杯羹，使出了浑身解数。然而顾客是企业的最终目标，顾客满意就成为企业的基本战略与目标之一。本文以常州金仕堡健身会所（吾悦店）为研究对象，采用问卷调查法对该会所会员进行满意度调查，经分析得出影响顾客满意度的因素有工作人员服务态度、课程设置、健身环境等，建议该会所通过提高员工整体素质、合理设置课程、改善健身环境等措施来提高顾客满意度。57823

Abstract: As the increasing market competition owing to the development of society,more and more enterprises use all their skills to earn one part of the market.With customers as the ultimate goal of an enterprise,customer satisfaction clearly becomes one of the basic strategies and targets.This thesis takes Changzhou KingSport(Injoy International Plaza)as the research object and uses questionnaire to survey customer satisfaction.After analyzing the survey result ,it finds out the factors that affect customer satisfaction which includes the service attitude of the staff,curriculum arrangement,sports environment,etc.In the end of the thesis,it offers some advice on the fitness club about how to increase the customer satisfaction like comprehensively enhancing the quality of staff, optimizing the fitness environment and reasonable allocation of courses,etc.

1  引言

随着常州人民可支配收入的逐步提高，生活质量逐渐改善，惠民工程建设的不断深入，自2014年起，常武地区职工个人医保卡余额超过3000元的部分，可以“变身”为健身卡，按个人自愿原则，可以在定点健身场馆购买健身卡进行消费。这一举措推动了健身俱乐部的发展，让市民主动踏进健身房等体育娱乐中心。
