摘  要：现阶段经济发展方向转向知识经济时代，人们对教育越来越重视，教育培训行业随之兴起。但是在教育培训行业蓬勃发展的同时，也显现出许多问题，最突出的是员工的敬业度不足的问题。面对教育培训行业竞争日益激烈的现状，如何有效的提高员工的敬业度是教育行业健康持续发展的重点。本文在综合分析教育培训行业的现状以及特征的基础上，针对目前教育培训行业员工敬业度存在的问题，从影响员工敬业度的因素方面，提出了提升教育培训行业员工敬业度的相应对策，为教育培训行业的可持续发展提供帮助。79468
