    The general contexts of this design are: from the introduction to the description of the formulation and molding methods, and then from the general process to the design and calculation of parameters in each extrusion components, and the decision of devices model. And finally by the material balance, energy balance, non-plant technology, economic accounting and plant layout, the contents of design were designed to fully perfect step by step.
    In formula design, according to the requirements of the product performance and technological conditions rationally choose raw materials, the dosage and proportion of various raw materials was determined. A good recipe is to match the mixing equipment, extrusion equipment, mould, and produce a high performance and good quality of pipes, the comprehensive cost is low, and this product cost performance is high. This design PVC resin as raw materials, at the same time to join all kinds of additives such as, stabilizer, lubricant, filler to produce buried sewage pipes.
