摘要近年来,随着基础教育改革的不断发展,职前语文教师实践性知识的建构也越来越受到 大家的关注。教师的实践性知识是教师在日常的教育教学实践情境中,通过体验、交流、反 思等方式,发现自身的实践和经验之中的意义,逐渐积累而成的运用于教育教学实践中的知识。88580
本论文采取叙事研究的方法,通过观察、访谈以及材料收集等方法收集了大量的资料, 从课程知识、学科教学法知识、一般教学法知识、教学机智、教师的自我知识五个方面揭示 了职前小学语文教师的实践性知识的构成,提出职前教师实践性知识的发展路径,希望能对 职前语文教师的专业发展提供一些借鉴。
In recent years,with the unceasing development of the elementary education reform,more and more people have noticed the importance of the construction of pre-serve Chinese teachers’practical knowledge。Teachers’ practical knowledge is the knowledge which is accumulated and applied in the teaching practice。It is acquired by way of experiencing,communicating and reflecting in the daily practical teaching situation。
This thesis adopted narrative research method and the author of this paper collected a large number of materials through ways of observation, interviews and material collecting。 The author of this thesis shows readers the practical knowledge of pre-service Chinese teacher in primary school in the following five aspects: curriculum knowledge, pedagogic content knowledge,general pedagogical knowledge,the tact of teaching and knowledge of self。 Meanwhile, the author of this paper analyzes the development of pre-service teachers’ practical knowledge。Put forward the construction path of practical knowledge of pre-service teachers,hope to provide some reference for the professional development of pre-service Chinese teachers。
