摘要随着社会的进步以及科学的发展，自主意识越来越被人们所重视，自我管理能力也越来 越成为一个未来人才所必须具备的素质。本研究通过对杭州市两所小学的中高段学生的自我 管理现状进行调查，发现了目前小学中高段学生的意志力和注意力较强但自制力还较弱；中 段学生时间管理以及高段学生的情绪管理还较弱；学生的自我约束力较强但自我反省能力较 弱；家长对学生自我管理的重视程度还不够。在调查发现这些问题的基础上提出了提高小学 生自我管理能力的若干建议。88864
