摘要摘为了了解学前教育专业大学生(以下简称学前大学生)学习主动性与教师职业胜任力的关系,向大学学前教育专业大三、大四学生及研究生发放《大学生职业价值观、主动性学习、职业胜任力问卷》,采用 Spss17。0 for windows 对数据进行整理和分析,得出以下结论:(1)学前大学生学习主动性一般;(2)学前大学生教师职业胜任力较好;(3)学前大学生学习主动性与教师胜任力存在显著正相关;(4)父母教养方式不同,学生大学生教师职业胜任力也存在显著差异;(5)担任过学生干部的学生教师胜任力略高于没有担任过学生干部学生;(6)学前大学生教师胜任力及其各因子在学习调整上存在显著差异。89751
针对从学习主动性方面提升学前大学生的教师胜任力提出了几点建议:(1)学校和教师应采取切实可行的措施以提高大学生的学习主动性;(2)父母应该以管教严厉或认同并理解的教养方式为主;(3)学前大学生应该积极参加班委、社团或组织,锻炼自己各方面的能力;(4)学前大学生应学会反思并调整自己的学习行为。89751
Abstract In order to understand the relationship between the learning initiative and the teacher professional competence of the pre-school majors (hereinafter referred to as pre-college students), I gave the《The questionnaire of students' professional values, active learning and teacher professional competence》to the junior students,senior students and graduate students of Hangzhou Normal University。 SPSS 17。0 for windows was used to sort and analyze data。 I get some conclusions:(1) Pre - school students' learning initiative is general; (2) pre-school college students teachers vocational competence is better; (3)There is a significant positive correlation between pre - school college students 'learning initiative and their teacher professional competence; (4) Because of the different parental rearing styles, the teacher professional competence of pre - school students is obviously different; (5) The competitor's ability of the student cadre is slightly higher than that of the student who has not served as a student cadre ; (6) pre-school college students' competency and their factors in the learning adjustment there are significant differences。
Some suggestions are put forward that how to improve the pre - college students 'teacher competency from the learning initiative。 (1) Schools and teachers should take practical measures to improve the learning initiative of college students; (2) Parents should be disciplined or identified and understanding ; (3) Pre-school students should actively participate in class committees, associations or organizations, exercising their own abilities; (4) Pre-school students should learn to reflect and adjust their learning behavior。
