摘 要 随着现代社会发展,心理压力问题得到关注,但幼儿心理压力常常被忽视。长久的心理压力会造成幼儿生理、心理和行为上的很多异常表现,如过度紧张、失眠、心跳加速、乱发脾气、心情低落等。本研究的目的是调查了解大班幼儿是否存在心理压力以及心理压力来源,并提出相应的建议。本研究主要采用访谈法与问卷调查法:(1)选择杭州市两所幼儿园大班阶段共六个班187位幼儿以及22位幼儿园大班教师进行面对面访谈调查;(2)选择358位家长发放调查问卷。结果显示,幼儿园大班幼儿确实存在心理压力,但程度仅为轻微。大班幼儿的心理压力来源于以下方面:父母、同伴、教师、社会、学习及其他。本文提出了四条相应的建议:树立平等的师幼观,关注幼儿同伴关系;树立正确的儿童观,关注幼儿心理状态;树立科学的教育观,关注幼儿全面发展;创设良好氛围,帮助幼儿调整情绪。89760

Abstract With the development of modern society, psychological stress issues are concerned,but children's psychological pressure is often overlooked。 Long psychological stress will cause the children's physical, psychological and behavior on a lot of abnormal performance, such as excessive tension, insomnia, heart rate, temper, low mood and so on。 The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there are psychological stress in top class children and the origin of it, and make corresponding suggestions。 This study mainly adopts the interview method and the questionnaire method: (1) chooses a total of 187 children and 22 kindergarten teachers of six classes in two kindergarten in Hangzhou to have face-to-face interviews; (2) select 358 parents to send questionnaires。The results show that kindergarten children often have psychological pressure, but the degree is only minor。 The psychological stress of the children in top class comes from the following: parents, peers, teachers, society, learning and others。 This paper puts forward four corresponding suggestions: establish equal view between teacher and children , pay attention to children's peer relationship; establish a correct view of children, pay attention to children's mental state; establish a scientific concept of education, focus on the overall development of children; create a good atmosphere to help children adjust mood。
