摘    要 学前教育作为基础教育的重要组成部分之一,教师能力水平是提高学前教育教育质量和发展学前教育的重要保障。

学前教育教育实习是学前教育本科生直接接触幼儿,积累工作经验的平台与途径,是理论与实践相互验证彼此磨合的重要时期,对于学前教育教师的培养起着十分重要的作用。因此如何保证并提高学前教育本科生的教育实习效果就变成学前教育工作者必须面对的一个课题。90172

幼儿园教育实习指导教师对学前教育本科生的指导活动作为教育实习不可或缺的重要组成部分之一,是帮助实习生在参与实践保教活动与班级管理的具体活动后对自己行为最为直接的经验指导与教师行为改进的途径,其指导质量对实习生教育教学技能的获得、教师观的养成和教师行为的培养有着显著影响。然而,目前幼儿园教实习指导教师对学前教育专业本科生的指导现状如何,有何问题有待研究

所以本文采用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法针对 大学学前教育专业本科生的教育实习活动中指导老师实习指导的现状作出调查,探寻在实习期间,实习基地幼儿园教育实习指导老师在指导实习生环节上出现的各类问题,在调查现状分析的基础上,从学前教育专业的实际情况出发进行分析并提出建议。
