摘    要幼儿同伴冲突行为是幼儿日常生活中不可缺少的存在。本研究在幼儿园对幼儿同伴冲突行为的发生进行观察记录，对所搜集到的案例进行分析，更深入地解了幼儿同伴冲突发生的原因、幼儿使用的解决策略以及教师的干预策略，进一步揭示了冲突对于幼儿发展独特的价值。在传统观念里，“幼儿同伴冲突”往往代表着消极行为，但是随着时代的发展，这种消极行为被赋予了新的教育意义。也就是说在幼儿生活中，这种冲突性行为是有价值的。幼儿的同伴冲突行为有不同的类型。同样，干预者也要视情况而定，把握好自己在幼儿同伴冲突中的角色定位，这样才能更好地帮助幼儿解决冲突问题，发挥其价值。90278
