摘    要  生活常规教育,是帮助幼儿理解并遵守一日生活常规的教育。对于小班幼儿,生活常规教育能帮助幼儿养成良好生活习惯,促进幼儿身心健康发展,同时提高教师的工作效率。

研究通过实地调查研究,采用观察法和访谈法,对杭州市一所省一级示范园的小班共 32名幼儿和 3位幼儿教师进行观察和访谈,对小班生活常规教育的现状进行了观察。本研究发现幼儿园生活常规教育中存在以下问题:1。部分生活常规模糊,没有实际落实;2。生活常规教育的方法形式比较单一;3。家长参与生活常规指导较少。对此提出相关建议:1。幼儿教师应树立正确的生活常规教育理念;2。为幼儿创设适宜的环境;3。采用多种有效的生活常规教育方式,如:教师树立榜样示范作用;采用幼儿喜欢的形式培养幼儿的生活常规;加强家园合作等。  90282 

希望通过本研究,能引起幼教工作者对常规的关注与重视,帮助幼儿教师对常规教育有更客观、理性的认识,为教师更好的开展小班生活常规教育提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract Life conventional education is to help children understand and comply with the life conventional。 For the 3-4 Years Old Children, it can help them to develop good habits。 Life conventional education is to promote the physical and psychological development of children, it can also improve the efficiency of teachers。

In this study, through field research, observation and interviews were conducted on 32 young children and 3 preschool teachers in a provincial level demonstration kindergarten of Hangzhou, during the course the life conventional education of the 3-4 Years Old Children were observed。This study found that the following problems exist in the routine education of kindergarten: 1。Part of the life conventional is fuzzy, there is no practical implementation; 2。The method of life education is relatively simple; 3。Parents participate too little in routine guidance。 And this study put forward some suggestions:1。Preschool teachers should establish the correct concept of conventional education;2。A suitable environment needs to be created for children;3。A variety of effective routine education needs to be adopted, such as model demonstration method,taking the form which children like,enhancing home cooperation and so on。

It is hoped that this study can help kindergarten teachers to have a more objective and rational understanding of conventional education。At the same time, it can catch the attention of preschool education workers and provide some reference for teachers to carry out regular life education in small classes。
