摘    要

  在幼儿园的教育教学等工作当中，班级管理的工作尤为重要。为了解幼儿园班级管理的现状，笔者通过作品分析法、观察法和访谈法进行调查研究，发现教师在班级管理中对于环境创设、一日常规的活动、品行的培养、幼小衔接等方面的管理值得肯定。而在安全管理、主题活动的开展及家园合作方面存在不足，对此笔者提出了相应的建议：（一）加强教师与幼儿的安全教育，增强安全意识和责任感;（二）主题活动内容选择应当以全面促进幼儿全面发展为主;（三）充分利用家长、社区资源推进班级管理工作。85436

Abstract

In the kindergarten education teaching work,class management work is particularly important。 In order to know about the current situation of kindergarten class management, the author performs a research through analysis, observation and interview to investigation and study ,found that teachers doing good at environment creation、day routine、shaping character and linking。But problems exist in security management、theme activities and home cooperation。 At the end,the author puts forward some suggestions ：(1) strengthen teachers and children’s security education, enhance safety awareness and responsibility(2) theme active content selection should give priority to comprehensively promote children's all-round development (3) make full use of parents, community resources to promote class management
