摘  要

目的 了解高校教师对睡眠管理服务的需求意愿以及在服务内容、服务机构、服务途径、服务人员四个方面的需求情况。方法 自编《高校教师睡眠管理服务需求问卷》，对110名高校教师进行问卷调查。结果 84。8%的高校教师愿意参加睡眠管理服务，15。2%不愿意参加。且需求意愿在性别（X2=5。278，P=0。022）、年龄（Z=-3。759，P=0。000）、睡眠质量（X2=6。662，P=0。036）方面存在明显差异且有统计学意义，在职称、工作性质、健康意识方面的差异没有统计学意义。运动管理、睡眠健康教育、饮食管理是高校教师最希望得到服务内容；社区卫生服务中心、医院是高校教师最希望得到服务机构；睡眠健康教育讲座是高校教师最希望得到服务途径；心理专家、医生是高校教师最希望得到服务人员。结论 高校教师睡眠管理服务需求意愿处于较高水平，应该引起教育部门、高校和睡眠产业的重视。大部分高校教师对睡眠管理服务内容、服务机构、服务途径、服务人员的需求倾向性相同，但也有在性别、年龄、职称上有个别服务维度的需求倾向性存在差异，相关部门提出有针对性的解决对策，要尽量做到男女、年龄、职称有别，区别对待。85363
