    摘要随着课程改革的实施,教师能力备受重视,社会、学校对教师的教学能力也提出了更高的要求。教学能力是教师能力的重要组成部分,充分把握教学能力的内涵及发展规律对教师教学能力的提高及职业发展具有重要意义。本研究采用访谈的方法,对杭州市十位化学特级教师进行深入访谈,通过整理、分析访谈结果,归纳、提炼出教师教学能力的核心要素、影响因素及发展模式。研究结果表明,中学化学教师教学能力有12个核心要素:教学设计能力、教学研究能力、教学反思能力、了解学生能力、知识素养、启发学生思维的能力、实验能力、终身学习的能力、课堂预设能力、角色转变能力、教学思维能力和知识的再创造能力。总结出影响化学教师教学能力发展的5个因素:职业理想和坚定的信念、化学教学反思、化学教学研究、第二课堂和终身学习。并建立了中学化学教师教学能力发展的5大模式:教学内容严谨、知识严密—关注学生学、做到“教化学”—课程意识模式,了解学生、积累经验—寻找独特的教学特色—形成教学风格模式,培养基本素质—高雅的教学设计和诠释—教学研究模式,积累经验、熟悉教学—均衡发展—教学研究、学科竞赛模式,注重教学设计—注重实验—学科竞赛—融入思想的高层次的教学设计—课程研究模式。此研究对新一线教师和师范生的教学能力的培养和发展具有了重要的借鉴意义。48334
    Abstract With the implementation of the curriculum reform, respected teachers competencies, society、schools for teachers' teaching competencies also put forward higher requirements. Teaching competencies is an important part of the teachers' competencies, teaching competencies to fully grasp the connotation and law of development of the improvement of teachers' teaching competencies and career development is of great significance. This study adopts the method of interview, on 10 chemical special-class teacher in Hangzhou city, in-depth interviews, by collating and analyzing the interview results, induction, refining the core elements of teachers' teaching competencies, influence factors and development mode. The results show that the high school chemistry teachers' teaching competencies have 12 core elements namely :teaching design competencies、teaching research competencies、teaching reflection competencies、students' competencies and knowledge accomplishment、inspire students' thinking competencies、experimental competencies、the competencies of lifelong learning、classroom presupposition、role transformation competencies、teaching thinking competencies and knowledge and creative competencies. Summarizes the five factors affecting the development of chemistry teachers' teaching competencies:professional ideal and faith、chemical teaching reflection、research、 the second classroom chemistry teaching and life-long learning. And set up five mode of high school chemistry teachers' teaching competencies development:strict teaching content、knowledge—closely focus on student learning、do "teach chemistry"—curriculum awareness model,understand the student、accumulate experience—looking for unique style of teaching characteristics—form teaching style mode, develop the basic quality—elegant design and interpretation—teaching research mode,accumulate experience、familiar with teaching—balanced development—teaching study、competition mode,focus on instructional design—pay attention to the experiment—course contests—into the thought of a high level of teaching design—course study mode. The study on a new line of teachers and students' teaching competencies and the development has the important reference significance.
