摘要：小学生由于年龄比较小，因此对老师和家长的依赖性更强。如何能够保证小学教育的质量，保证小学生拥有健康快乐的学习环境，是困扰每个小学教育工作者的问题。古人云“亲其师而信其道”，由此可以看出师生之间融洽的关系能够积极的推进教育工作，沟通不应只限于知识层面，更值得关注的是师生之间的情感交流，而良好的师生沟通是师生关系融洽的保障。本论文采用问卷调查法，以周口市六一路小学为分析对象，分析了目前师生沟通存在的问题，并结合我国目前小学教育的实际情况，提出提升师生沟通的对策。83843

小学师生沟通存在的问题及建议

——以周口市六一路小学为例

目前，经常能够听到小学老师抱怨现在的孩子不好管理，过于自我[3]。导致这种状况发生的原因主要是师生关系不和谐，那么，是何种原因导致师生关系不和谐呢，主要是师生之间缺乏合理有效的沟通。师生沟通对小学教育存在非常大的影响，良好的师生沟通一方面能够降低老师的工作难度，提升教学质量[1]。另一方面，可以增加了学生在学校的幸福度，将有助于提升学习效果。本论文选取了周口市六一路小学作为调查研究对象，分析了目前小学教育中师生沟通存在的问题及原因，并且提出了切合实际的师生沟通建议。希望通过本研究，能够提升小学教育中对师生沟通的重视程度，在小学教育过程中保证良好的师生沟通。论文网
