摘要互联网经济电子商务的不断发展,社会化媒体等新技术的涌现,推动着电子商务商业模式发生了剧变。世界变得越来越小,各国的用户之间都可以通过社交软件进行交流,联系,分享,沟通,在这种背景下,社交电商应运而生,并如火如荼的发展起来。无论是注重社交的电商还是主攻电商,随着时代的发展都慢慢地添加了社交功能或者利用社交软件来开拓市场,无论是微信圈里被称为“专做熟人生意”的微商,还是左手微博,右手淘宝的网络红人,社交化电商的发展都是令人瞩目的。71059

本文希望通过梳理社交化电商的几种常见模式,总结提炼出他们的运营和盈利特征,并运用SWOT分析指出这些模式中存在的优势和劣势,以及未来的机遇和挑战,希望可以针对社交化电商今后的发展提出一点建议。

本文共分四个部分。第一部分为绪论,主要概括全文研究内容和研究思路,同时总结国内外研究现状,指出文章的研究方法。

第二部分主要介绍社交电商的相关理论基础。

第三部分主要介绍代表性的几种社交化电商平台模式并介绍典型的案例。

第四部分主要是针对社交化电商平台未来的发展提出一点建议并展望了未来的发展模式。
