摘要薪酬,即企业员工的工作收入,它涉及到方方面面,不仅涉及到企业员工,还涉及到企业、政府,甚至是整个社会,它一直以来都是收入分配和人力资源管理的焦点问题。因此,薪酬体系设计就显得尤为重要,它是创立当代薪酬制度体系的基本前提条件,也是其非常重要的构成部分。所以,每一个企业,每一个公司能够根据其自身实际情况,创立设计一套科学、合理的,且能够提高企业在市场化经济中具有竞争力的薪酬体系就显得尤为重要,因为这关系到它们的切身利益,关乎它们的长远发展,对于它们能否在现今这激烈的竞争中始终立于不败之地,而且能够始终吸引人才、留住人才起到至关重要的作用。然而,就我国国有企业目前的薪酬激励机制而言,它是不够完善的,还存在许多的不足,因此,也就需要企业不断对其进行完善。当然,除了完善国有企业内外部治理的措施,还应从国有企业长远利益角度考虑,建立科学、合理和有效的薪酬激励机制,从而提高国有企业经济效益以及提高企业员工的工作积极性,达到留住人才、吸引人才的目标。86915

本文通过对A国有企业员工的薪酬情况、薪酬激励现状以及现有薪酬体系进行了调查分析,并且深入地挖掘了企业现有薪酬体系所存在的问题,也分析了产生这些问题的原因;在综合分析和调查研究的前提上,对企业的薪酬体系进行了新的设计,结合A国有企业的具体情况,构建了一套适合该企业发展的,且具有激励作用的薪酬体系设计,希望为其他国有企业的薪酬激励体系的改革和完善提供一些方面的参考。全文主要包括六部分:第一部分是绪论,包括研究背景,研究意义,国内外研究现状,研究方法,论文内容,创新点,难点,技术路线;第二部分是相关理论概述;第三部分是国有企业与民营企业薪酬体系现状对比分析;第四部分是案例分析;第五部分是A国有企业薪酬体系方案再设计。
