摘要目的:分析对比八角与毒八角挥发性成分的组成。方法:本实验采取水蒸气蒸馏法结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对八角与毒八角中的挥发性的化学成分进行的定性分析,通过水蒸气蒸馏法将八角与毒八角中的挥发性成分提取出来,再用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,用GC-MS联用分析两者之中的有效成分[1],再由峰面积归一化法计算单个组分的相对含量,进而进行比较。结果表明,二者在水蒸气蒸馏中得到的挥发油成分,在乙酸乙酯萃取下得到的样品,并经过旋转蒸馏装置进行浓缩出来的样品于GC-MS中进行分析,在毒八角与八角含有相同的一种成分为1,2-环己二醇类化合物;而在其他的方面,二者所含成分大有不同,经检测,毒八角茴香精油中其单体成分莽草毒素占1。05%,该物质具有M样(毒蕈碱样)毒性;1,3-己二醇占有0。02%,能够产生神经、胃肠道等急性毒性。在市场上,毒八角冒充八角被售卖,被人食用会产生严重的毒性,外观上二者较难鉴别[2],一旦磨成粉末状一般需要依靠色谱方法进行检测。由此可见,GC-MS法分析八角与毒八角挥发成分进行鉴别二者是较严格准确的一种方式。72223

GC-MS analysis the volatile Components Of Illicium verum and Illicium lanceolatum Abstract
Objective: To analyze the comparative Illicium verum and Illicium lanceolatum volatile components of the composition。 Methods: In this study, taking steam distillation gas chromatography - mass spectrometry qualitative analysis (GC-MS) techniques combined with Illicium verum and Illicium lanceolatum chemical constituents by steam distillation of Illicium verum and Illicium lanceolatum components extracted with ethyl acetate and extracted with two active ingredients in combination with GC-MS analysis into, and then calculate the relative amounts of the inpidual components from the peak area normalization method, and then compared。 The results showed that the volatile oil components in the steam distillation both obtained in ethyl acetate to give a sample, and rotated out of the distillation apparatus and concentrated samples were analyzed on GC-MS, the Illicium verum and Illicium lanceolatum in a drug containing the same component is 1,2-cyclohexanediol; and in other aspects, the two ingredients contained differently, after testing, the Illicium lanceolatum essential oil in its monomer components Mangcao toxin accounted for 1。05% of the substance like having M (muscarinic) toxicity; holds 0。02% of 1,3-hexane diol, can produce nerve, gastrointestinal tract and other acute toxicity。 In the market, using the Illicium lanceolatum instead of the Illicium verum to sale, for human consumption can have serious toxicity, the appearance of both more difficult to identify, once ground into powder to rely on chromatograph。 Thus, GC-MS analysis llicium verum and Illicium lanceolatum components were identified between the two is the most rigorous and accurate way。
