摘  要：因为一些高校一直在不断地增加招生人数，所以近些年来大学生的毕业人数都在持续的上升,大学生的就业难问题已经成为热议话题，高校对学生职业规划的重视程度在不断增强。为了强化高校的职业规划意识并完善职业规划指导体系，采用问卷法和访谈法调查并了解了大学生职业规划现状，分析大学生职业规划存在问题的原因，从国家、高校以及大学生个人三方面提出改善大学生职业规划的对策。90941

The Current Situation of College Students' Career Planning and Countermeasures——Taking Huaiyin Normal College as an Example

Abstract：Because of some colleges and universities have been constantly increasing enrollment, so the number of graduates of college students in recent years have continued to rise, college students difficult employment problem has become the hot topic of colleges and universities is a growing emphasis on students' career planning。 In order to strengthen the awareness of career planning of university and improve the career planning guidance system, using the questionnaire method and interview method to investigate and understand the present situation of college students' career planning, and analyses the reason of college students' career planning problems, from three aspects as countries, college and university students and puts forward some countermeasures to improve college students' career planning。

一、大学生职业生涯规划调查的提出

大学生可以通过制定职业规划来提高自身的能力并顺利地进入工作岗位，目前，国内外各个高校几乎都在关注着大学生的职业生涯规划问题。但是，一些大学生对自己的认识不准确,职业规划的意识较为欠缺、盲目的对自己进行职业定位。同时，高校缺乏专业的职业规划指导老师，职业规划的指导体系不完善。 因此，调查学生职业规划的现状，研究如何提高大学生职业规划的能力和改善高校职业规划的指导体系，并提出具体的建议和解决办法，是本次调查的出发点和最终目的。
