摘    要 随着教育课程改革的深入，学校的课程设置发生变化，小学社团活动课作为综合实践活动中的非指定领域部分，越来越被推崇。小学社团活动既弥补课堂教学的不足，又促进了学生的全面发展，符合小学生身心发展规律，尊重学生发展的内在需求。然而，我们也应该着眼于社团发展的现状，了解现状，剖析原因来促进小学社团的发展。90224

本文先采用文献资料法对小学社团的概念进行界定，通过文献资料的分析整理得出其概念，进而总结出意义。其次通过问卷调查法、访谈法等方法，对杭州市西湖区部分小学社团的开展现状进行研究，了解其在组织管理、基本活动情况、参与学生及指导教师方面的现状，发现其开展中存在的问题。最后提出解决当前问题的相应对策，对以后的小学社团活动开展提供借鉴。

本文对小学社团的研究也只是一个初步的探索和尝试，希望通过调查与分析，提出一些解决问题的方案和策略，为小学社团活动开展提供借鉴，并希望以后的小学社团得到长足的发展。

Abstract   In more mature under the environment of China’s education reform。 school folk the community ,is an important role in creating a comfortable and insiring environment, where students’ physical and mental development 。Therefore it is meaningful to do a research on it 。

The paper is to research the status quo the primary school community in the Xihu section of Hangzhou City by using the mothod of Literature ,questionnaire and so on 。Then understand their organization management, the basic activities, the situation of students and teachers, found in their problems。 

After the surveying, the main countermeasures to solve the problems include: the school leader should change ideas and strengthen the attention; perfect the rules and regulations of the community, strengthen the organization management。 Improving the teachers’ skills。  According to the actual situation of the students arrange the activity time , rich content and the kind of the projuct;
