摘要伴随着20世纪的结束，21世纪的到来，中国这个新兴经济大国的发展越来越迅速，而汽车产业也进入了蓬勃发展之中。许多国际知名汽车品牌逐步打开中国市场，国内许多新兴的汽车品牌也开始了良性快速发展，中国汽车行业的竞争变得空前激烈。如何自主创新，快速抓住市场需求变化自然而然变成了企业发展的关键。因此，物流作为第三利润源自然成为了汽车行业需要深入研究和改善的方面。而物流中最为关键的两点即库存与运输。库存决定着企业生产负荷的大小，如何去提高产品可得性，减少缺货频率和控制物流的成本是企业发展需要面对的问题。库存与运输是互相矛盾的问题，在大多数中国企业中，他们之间的联系很少，人们并没有把他们当作一个问题来探究，而如何让这两种十分重要的环节集成在一起是企业发展的重中之重。

对于汽车行业，尤其是汽车零部件行业来说，合理的控制库存与运输的物流成本可以有效的增加企业利润。我国才刚刚开始研究供应链物流管理，关于汽车产业的供应链物流整合研究的论作也并不多。进入21世纪以后，我国汽车行业已面临全球化的挑战，在这样严峻的形势下，如何掌握供应链物流管理理论，开发并创新实用的物流链体系，加强国内汽车企业的生存能力，十分有必要。 

论文以实际的汽车零部件企业为背景进行研究，分析产品生产线在实际过程中可能会出现的库存问题， 探究如何有效的解决这些问题。首先分别介绍了库存与运输的基础理论知识。在库存方面，描述库存的概念、库存的作用、库存成本分类以及库存管理的重要性；在运输方面，解释了运输成本的分类并分析库存与运输之间的联系，寻找减少运输成本的办法。之后，建议企业主动询问客户的真实需求,然后根据自身实际情况去合理的制定库存计划，即推荐供应商管理库存（VMI技术）。根据此技术或理论，合理的假设，建立关于库存与运输的优化模型。并针对运输方面的问题进行探讨，提出采用milk-run模式来节约运输成本。77757
