摘 要在本次设计中,我们的设计对象——江西九江某矿石码头,是一个高桩码头,该 港区地处于江西省九江市。是我国长江和京九铁路的两个大经济开发带的交叉点,同 时也是江西省的省域副中心城市和昌九一体化的双核城市,是我国的长江中游的城市 群中发展规划的城市之一和长江中游区域的中心港口城市,九江市也是我们国家首批 开放的五个沿江对外开放的城市之一,处于我国东部沿海开发区,向着中西部地区推 进的过渡区域,因此有着“江西北大门”之称。九江港的泊位年通过能力是 40 万吨,77332
因而我们的码头结构就按照能够停靠 2000 吨级船型来设计。 根据已知的资料,我们通过对该地区的各种自然条件进行考量,在此确定将要采
用梁板式的高桩码头结构,在此之中,该面板将会采用叠合板的形式来安装;而纵梁 部分则分成轨道梁和一般梁,分别来进行设计以及配筋的计算;而横梁部分我们采用 的是倒 T 形结构,其下部是预制,而上部则是现浇,并且在预制横梁之上来搁置纵梁。 我们此次的设计主要采用易工软件,以此来对码头的内力进行计算,并且通过该软件 的计算得出的结果对横梁以及以下的轨道梁来进行配筋验算和抗裂验算。最后,我们 的桩基将会采用,直径 600mm 的钢管桩,同样,我们采用易工软件来对桩的承载力 进行进一步的验算。
我们本次的设计是对于高桩码头的各个构件的分部设计和码头的总平面布置以 及施工图的设计。将这些资料和计算有效的运用组合起来,从而让我们的每一个步骤 都能够符合科学合理的原理。
