摘要近代资本家福特先生建立了大量生产廉价汽车的专用流水线,标志着大批量生产方式的诞生,流水线传送带方式也逐渐成为工业社会的标志。直到佳能日本厂实行了单元生产方式,它成就了佳能利润上的巨增,使单元生产进一步被世界制造业所认知。仙龙机械公司作为地方知名农机企业,存在劳动力浪费、制造系统的老旧与冗杂等诸多问题,生产能力有待释放。因此,在生产环节,提出降低浪费,提高产能的方案至关重要。本文基于仙龙公司多样化的产品种类与顾客需求,以产品工艺和厂区布局的研究为基础,提出在冷加工和装配车间引入单元生产,在单元生产布局过程中,运用拉动看板、半成品超市与FIFO限制管理等精益理论解决生产计划、来料方式、缓冲区在制品控制这三个关键问题,从而适应多品种小批量的制造模式,实现降低在制品库存,缩短交货期,提高生产效率的效果。81917

Improvement research of Faerie dragon machinery company production based on the cell production
Abstract Mr。 Ford who is a modern capitalist has established the mass production of cheap cars dedicated pipeline, marking the birth of mass production methods, mode of the assembly conveyors has gradually become a mark of industrial society。 Until Canon in Japan introduced the cell production, which has lead to huge increase on profits, the cell production is further perceived by world manufacturing。 Xian Long Machinery Company is a well-known local agricultural enterprise, there are problems of waste of labor, old of manufacturing systems,which makes the production capacity to be released。 Therefore,the paper proposed to reduce waste and improve capacity of production in the production chain。 Based on the persified products and customer demand in the market, the paper product research process and plant layout,which propose cell production in cold working and assembly workshop。 During the layout of cell production, the paper use kanban pull, semi supermarkets and FIFO Lean limit management theory to solve the production planning, incoming mode, buffer control products, in order to accommodate manufacturing mode of many varieties of small batch。 The paper achieve lower in-process inventory, shorten delivery time, improve productivity effect 。
