摘要在带有负顾客的单队列单服务台排队模型研究的基础之上,考虑到计算机网络系统、通讯网络系统等的数据传输所赋予反馈信元优先权的情况,将单个服务台推广到多个服务台,建立了带有负顾客以及反馈优先权的M/M/c/k-c排队模型研究。目前,世界各地单个的针对带有负顾客的多服务台排队模型研究、带有反馈优先权的多服务台排队模型研究、带有负顾客的单服务台排队模型研究、、带有反馈有限权的单服务台排队模型研究等等,已经做了很多很多的深入研究,相关内容将在本文第一章第二节详细介绍,在此就不一一赘述。86723
本文首次考虑将“负顾客”、“反馈优先权”、“多服务台”结合起来的一个模型。该模型在实际生活中其实是非常常见的,例如:在通讯网络数据传输过程中,数据传输出现错误、缺失等等原因的时候,我们的用户会在本次服务结束后,重新提出服务请求,要求我们网络系统对数据进行再次传输,并且希望获得优先服务,这就是反馈优先权。而在此过程中,可能会出现一些外界干扰信号对我们的系统数据处理进行干扰,它们的到达会抵消一部分传输数据,这种外来烦扰信号,我们将它叫做负顾客,它将抵消一部分我们排在队尾、甚至正在进行服务的正顾客。所以,负顾客会对我们的排队系统带来一定程度的影响,有时还会形成灾难,因此,考虑负顾客的存在对系统的影响是非常有必要的。单服务台排队论的研究,已经有了二十余年历史 ,它不仅已经形成较为完整的理论体系,而且在各个高科技技术领域中得到重要的应用,甚至在社会生活中已经广泛应用。反而,多服务台排队虽早已受到关注,但却是最近才取得一些实质性进展。于是本文也提出了对多服务台的深入研究。
本文提出了带有负顾客及反馈优先权的多服务台排队模型研究。首先,将在第一章,概述了本课题的相关理论方法、课题研究的背景及意义、本文内容结构;其次,在第二章,将详细介绍本文的行文思路、方法。是在基于拟生灭过程模型研究M/M/c排队模型的稳态分布,并且给出c=2时,平稳队长分布的显示表达式;最后,第三章将主要是对全文内容的总结与发现不足之处、已经本文运用方法的优点等;文章的最后还将包括多方致谢以及引用文献。

Abstract On the basis of research on single-server queuing model of a single queue with negative customers, we consider the situation that the data transmission of computer network systems and communications networks systems which gave priority to feedback cell。 A single server is extended to multi-service queuing。 M / M / c / k-c queuing model with negative customers and feedback priority is established。 At present, we research a single multi-service queuing model with negative customers, multi-service queuing model with feedback priority, single-server queuing model with negative customers and feedback, the single-server queuing model with limited rights and so on。 A lot of deep research has been done, the content will be herein described in detail in section 2 of chapter 1。
In this paper, the model combined "negative customer", "feedback priority", "multi-service" is presented together for the first time。 This model is actually common in real life, for example: in the communication network data transmission, if data transmission errors, deletions and so on appear, our customers will resubmit the service requirement after this service to ask our network system to transmit the data again, and they hope to get priority service, which is the feedback priority。 In this process, there may be some outside interference signal to disturb our data processing system, their arrival will offset part of the transmission data, such external disturbing signal was called negative customers, they can offset some positive customers in the tail, and even serving。 Therefore, negative customers have certain influence for our queuing system, and sometimes it can cause disasters, so it is very necessary to consider the impact of negative customers。 Single-server queuing theory research has a history of 20 years, it not only has formed a relatively complete theoretical system, but also been the important application in various of high technology fields, has been widely used even in social life。 However, multi-service queuing has been paid attention for long, some substantial progress was been made recently。 So this paper also present in-depth study of the multi-service。
