The topic of this graduation design is the annual output of 100000 tons of long glass fiber reinforced PP plate workshop process design.
Plastics as raw material are used to produce plastic sheet which are widely used in construction, chemical industry. When used in chemical industry, environmental protection, building plate, they show some features: wear-resistant, resistant to vibration, corrosion resistance, recyclable, strength, anti-aging, waterproof, moisture proof, not easy to deformation, repeated use, etc. And now, the hard plastic plate can also be recycled for processing, greatly reducing the cost.
The requirement of this design is to design sheet with specifications for 15mm thick, 1500mm long, 3000mm wide and annual output of 100000 tons of long glass fiber reinforced PP plate. It can be divided into: rolling molding, extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding and so on. But, for the long glass fiber reinforced PP plate, the main forming method mainly is extrusion molding .
